A close friend of mine bought this a while back so I had a go then and was convinced to give it a go myself, and I had a go and was pretty impressed, although I did doubt if it was worth the money.
I finally bought one about a month ago now and have been using it everyday since I bought it. It’s perfectly comfortable to wear and you can go about your day to day tasks (within reason). Infact I’ve often used it in the evenings whilst corner shop to get some milk. Its not noticeable at all under a coat, although if you have it on a high setting you might get a funny look when you tense up every 5 seconds!
So to summarise, I’ve been using it for a month and there’s definitely been some improvement. My stomach is getting more defined, and as a rock climber I’ve definitely noticed my core strength improving. Very happy with my purchase.

I’m from London, and as you can imagine, I am working a busy hectic work life. Every weekday I go to work on the tube and sit in front of a computer for 8 hours. Sometimes I’ll go to the gym in the evenings before the commute home, but more often than not I’ll be too tired, too lazy, or too tempted to go to the pub instead.
I eat relatively healthily, but since Slendertone offers a way to get some arm definition I though I’d give it a go. I bought this when Slimming.com first feature them. At the time i was losing weight but found it hard to shift the inches from my thighs and bottom, however this did a wonderful job and within just 2 months (or 9 weeks to be exact) of daily use I went down to a size 12 from a size 16, it is the best thing i have ever bought and yes you do have to put the pads on and set the controller but this is not a lot of hassle to be honest.
They do stretch and give you a snug fit, but I was a size 16 and had no problems getting into it.I recommend these, as they really do, but make sure you get rechargeable batteries because once you see the results you wont have it off.
