I’m from London, and as you can imagine, I am working a busy hectic work life. Every weekday I go to work on the tube and sit in front of a computer for 8 hours. Sometimes I’ll go to the gym in the evenings before the commute home, but more often than not I’ll be too tired, too lazy, or too tempted to go to the pub instead.

I eat relatively healthily, but since Slendertone offers a way to get some arm definition I though I’d give it a go. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks so far and I think I have a bit more to go, so will update everyone in a few weeks. So far it seems to be working, but I think I have a fair way to go yet.
